Summary:
In collaboration with R&D, the Associate Director of Product Marketing is responsible for the development and of Charlotte’s Web wellness product portfolio, inclusive of functional botanical products, topicals, and pet products. Synthesizes market, consumer, product, and competitive data to drive decisions that result in the best wellness products for our family of customers while also driving meaningful business.
In collaboration with R&D, the Associate Director of Product Marketing is responsible for the development and of Charlotte’s Web wellness product portfolio, inclusive of functional botanical products, topicals, and pet products. Synthesizes market, consumer, product, and competitive data to drive decisions that result in the best wellness products for our family of customers while also driving meaningful business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provides information on new product development and marketing strategy developed by R&D.
- Ensures consumer data supports product introduction into the portfolio.
- Owns product portfolio analysis to determine if portfolio of products is appropriate for current market demands and consumer needs
- Plans and implements the go-to-market strategy for key categories within the product portfolio. Monitors product launches and ensures their success. Monitors progress post launch to ensure continued success.
- Oversees the execution of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborates on the new evolution of product roadmaps for current year and 1-5 years into the future.
- Ensures product marketing cohesion across omnichannel marketing funnel.
- Conducts and presents market research and actionable insights, including the competitive landscape and product comparisons.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives. Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 8 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in launching new products.
- Deep understanding of marketing strategies, market research, and product positioning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decisions.
- Knowledge and understanding of the natural products space.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Experience working with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
