Business for Sale – Indiva Limited

PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT, in its capacity as the court-appointed monitor (the “Monitor”) of:

Indiva Limited, Indiva Amalco Ltd., Indiva Inc., Vieva Canada Limited and 2639177 Ontario Inc. (collectively, “Indiva” or the “Company”) is launching a Court-approved sale process (“Sale Process”) for the purpose of soliciting interest in and opportunities for a sale of the Indiva’s business, including substantially all of the property, assets, and undertakings of the Company. Indiva is a leading producer of cannabis edibles in Canada and produces award-winning products across a wide range of brands, with a portfolio of 7 brands and 53 listed SKUs, all manufactured in the Company’s state-of-the-art facility in London, Ontario.

In order to obtain detailed information on Indiva, interested parties will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. The deadline to submit bids is 5 p.m. (EST) on August 26, 2024.
