Title: Marketing Manager, CRM 

Location: Stamford, CT (On-Site) 

Job Type: FT - Exempt 

About the Role:  The Marketing Manager for CRM will support the strategy, development, and execution of CRM programs across our portfolio of brands, driving traffic and sales at our retail stores and building awareness and demand for our brands and products. This role will have a voice in communication strategy and testing plans. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in project management, with the ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and push projects forward effectively. Strong organizational skills are essential, as this role requires balancing multiple projects and stakeholders while ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

What You’ll Do: 

  • 5+ Years experience in managing marketing campaigns, creative projects, or CRM initiatives is key for success in role
  • Directly contributes to campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, revenue growth, and brand presence, supporting Curaleaf's expansion.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Braze, Dutchie 2.0, Sweed, SpringBig, Monday.com, and Smartsheet is critical, as these systems are integral to Curaleaf’s operations. 
  • Plays a crucial role in strengthening customer relationships and engagement through targeted marketing and CRM strategies.
  • Strong ability to balance multiple projects and stakeholders while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and changes in strategy.

$90,000$105,000 USD
