Integrity Home Care is seeking an LPN in the Lansing area.
Join our home healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) where you will make a meaningful difference in patient care. As an LPN, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality medical services in a fast-paced home care environment. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in adult and geriatrics to deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring adherence to medical protocols and standards.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide treatments following prescribed protocols.
Conduct specimen collection processing and ensure accurate documentation of results.
Utilize aseptic technique and sterile processing methods to maintain a safe and clean healthcare environment.
Assist in medical documentation, including updating medical records and ensuring accuracy of patient information.
Monitor patients' progress, report changes in health status, and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Support patients and families by providing education on health management and treatment plans.
Supervise caregiving staff

Requirements
Licensed in the state of MI
Valid Driver’s License/Valid Auto Insurance
Two years of experience in Home Health Care preferred
Two years of experience working as an LPN preferred
