WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Support production by ensuring the safe and proper operation, maintenance and repair of plant equipment.
  • Support production in maintaining packaging inventory levels.
  • Follow all GMP and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance of various plant manufacturing and supporting equipment.
  • Communicate with supervisor for direction.  The ability to keep supervisor informed of problems and equipment that is not working properly.
  • Perform duties with or without close supervision.
  • Ability to Generate work orders, complete work orders and close work orders in a CMMS system.
  • Coordinate and complete projects with outside vendors.
  • Perform all other related duties as requested.
  • Maintain or have maintained the facilities grounds and associated buildings
  • Coordinate/Unload deliveries of equipment/supplies for the facility on site or in associated buildings
  • Keep associated buildings neat and clean and organized.
  • Participate in safety related training programs.
  • Must promote a safe working environment and good GMP practices.
  • Maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment.
  • Ensure the proper documentation of repairs
  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • 50% to 70% travel; must have a car
  • non-traditional work schedule including evening and weekend work
  • post in Westboro or Worcester.. anywhere in central MA logistically makes sense; could also be based in Boston
  • High school diploma/GED. Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred; cannabis knowledge required; this person will be our product expert 
  • Previous experience in a sales position preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of professionalism, organization, and emotional intelligence 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask
