The Distribution lead will be responsible for leading the distribution staff in the day-to-day operations of the department; this individual will ensure the safe delivery of medicated products to different clients of Jushi.


  • Adhering to assigned delivery schedule and following all job directives precisely
  • Ensure that all required shipping documents (manifest, invoice, etc.) are available for inspection, that appropriate paperwork accompanies shipment with delivery and filed away at the end of the shift.
  • Communicating with 3P Distributors and Vendors for scheduling.
  • Meeting delivery shipping deadlines.
  • Assist 3P Distribution drivers with loading and unloading cargo.
  • Tracking shipments and deliveries.
  • Obtaining signatures on all shipping documents and load them to the appropriate file and link to the order.
  • Create invoices and manifests in seed to sale system.
  • Edit existing sales orders and manifests as needed. 
  • Edit invoices inside online ordering platform.
  • Upload finished goods inventory into online ordering platform.
  • Verify and receive all returns physically and electronically into the seed to sale system.
  • Record and document all order errors identified prior to shipment and upon receiving.
  • Record and document all distribution related data collected from delivery.
  • Maintain and organize all digital documents along with hard copy files that pertain to distribution.
  • Work with third party logistics vendors in coordinating and scheduling deliveries when needed.
  • Maintain and build relationships with wholesale partners as well as our own retail locations. 
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with a sense of urgency and notify the appropriate individuals within the company. 
  • Notify customers in a timely manner of their delivery schedule including all necessary paperwork related to that delivery.
  • Schedule and plan order deliveries.
  • Oversee and assist in accuracy auditing and packing of orders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand areas of opportunity and develop solutions.
  • Work closely with sales team to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  • Perform inventory reconciliation between seed to sale system and ordering platform.
  • Train new hires on how to pick and pull orders.
  • Assist the Packaging Supervisor with daily duties as needed.
  • Maintain organized records of all shipments and transfers.
  • Complete end-of-shift duties as assigned by the manger to ensure a successful morning load out.

  • High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
  • Valid Driver’s License (required) with good driving record
  • Minimum of 2 years’ delivery experience
  • Travel to clients throughout State of Pennsylvania
  • Familiarity with using navigation systems
  • Time management to ensure deliveries are made on schedules
  • Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination to stay safe while driving
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
