Wonderland 2023 Review: PsychMD

With Wonderland 2023 still fresh in our rear-view mirrors, let’s take a moment to look at some of the highlights from the big event. The Wonderland conference has evolved, expanding from a leading psychedelic medicine event to include related wellness sectors like longevity and mental health.

So we’ll start our review by looking at PsychMD, the Headline Sponsor for Wonderland 2023.

The past year has seen a string of ketamine clinic closures across the psychedelic medicine space, leaving patients suddenly without treatment options. We heard from military veterans scrambling to find alternatives, desperate to continue ketamine treatments that were literally saving their lives.

PsychMD’s advisor and consultant on veteran issues, Giorgios Kirylos, was also involved, sharing his inspiring story of healing and veteran advocacy:

In an eye-opening keynote, Giorgio Kirylo relates his deeply personal story of serving his country and then fighting for proper mental health care upon returning home. Kirylo makes a compelling case for expanding innovative therapies like ketamine to help veterans dealing with depression, anxiety, and trauma.
