Michigan Tops Per Capita Marijuana Spending in September, Followed by Montana, New Mexico, Massachusetts, and Missouri

Using September’s state sales figures and the most recent U.S. Census data, Michigan leads the nation in per capita spending, followed by Montana, New Mexico, Massachusetts and Missouri. Oregon, Maine, Vermont, Maryland, and Colorado round out the top 10.
