Florida medical marijuana dispensaries sold more than 4.18 billion milligrams of THC and over 1.42 million ounces of smokeable marijuana so far in 2026, according to new data from the Office of Medical Marijuana Use. As of March 13, dispensaries have sold a combined 4,184,762,936 milligrams of THC, 5,602 milligrams of CBD, and 1,424,913.872 ounces of smokable marijuana.
The three newest weekly reports show that dispensaries sold 446,153,927 milligrams of THC and 145,900.467 ounces of smokable marijuana during the week of February 20 through 26. That was followed by 439,866,360 milligrams of THC, 915 milligrams of CBD and 148,055.573 ounces of smokable marijuana during the week of February 27 through March 5. For the week of March 6 through 12, dispensaries sold another 428,529,633 milligrams of THC, 2,910 milligrams of CBD and 146,115.832 ounces of smokable marijuana.
Through 10 full reporting weeks in 2026, Florida dispensaries are averaging about 418.5 million milligrams of THC and roughly 142,491 ounces of smokable marijuana sold per week.
The March 13 OMMU report shows Florida has 932,359 qualified patients with active medical marijuana ID cards, up around 2,000 from the start of the year. It also lists 745 dispensing locations statewide, up from 742 a week earlier after the approval of three new locations: MÜV in Lehigh Acres, Trulieve in Lake Wales and Trulieve in DeLand.
With THC sales now above 4.18 billion milligrams before mid-March and smokable marijuana nearing 1.5 million ounces for the year, Florida’s medical marijuana market continues to rank among the largest in the country.
