Trulieve announced it will open a new medical marijuana dispensary in Lutz on April 11, marking the company’s 167th location in Florida and its 238th nationwide.

The new store is located at 24408 SR-54 and will serve patients in the Tampa Bay area with walk-in service and express pickup. According to the company, the dispensary will be open from 9 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays.

Trulieve also says the location will hold a grand opening celebration on Friday, April 24, featuring discounts, specials and giveaways from partner brands.

In announcing the new location, Trulieve CEO Kim Rivers said the company remains focused on offering quality products in a patient-friendly setting. She said the new Hillsborough County dispensary is intended to provide convenient and compassionate care for patients as part of their wellness routine.

The Lutz location will carry a broad selection of products, including Trulieve’s in-house brands such as Co2lors, Cultivar Collection, Modern Flower, Momenta, Roll One and Sweet Talk. The company says patients will also have access to partner brands sold exclusively through Trulieve in Florida, including Alien Labs, Bellamy Brothers, Binske, Black Tuna, Blue River, Connected Cannabis, DeLisioso, Khalifa Kush, Love’s Oven, Miami Mango, Seed Junky and Sunshine Cannabis.

Trulieve says it continues to offer home delivery throughout Florida, along with online ordering and in-store pickup. The company also notes that veterans receive 20% off every order with a military ID, while first-time customers in Florida are eligible for a 60% discount on their first purchase.

The opening adds to Trulieve’s already dominant footprint in Florida, where it remains by far the state’s largest medical marijuana operator. With 167 dispensaries in Florida and 238 nationwide, the company continues expanding its reach in one of the country’s biggest medical marijuana markets.
