Trulieve Cannabis Corp. has announced the opening of a new medical marijuana dispensary in Tallahassee, marking the company’s 170th location in Florida and bringing its nationwide total to 241.
The new dispensary, Trulieve Ox Bottom, is located at 5138 Thomasville Road, Suite 1, and will host a grand opening celebration on April 20 featuring discounts, promotions and partner giveaways. The store will operate from 9 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays, offering both walk-in service and express pickup.
The Tallahassee location is the company’s third in the city, further solidifying its presence in one of its core markets. Florida remains Trulieve’s largest footprint by a wide margin, accounting for the majority of its retail locations across the country.
In a statement, Chief Executive Officer Kim Rivers said the company is continuing to build on its roots in Tallahassee while expanding access for patients. The store will offer a wide selection of products, including Trulieve’s in-house brands such as Co2lors, Cultivar Collection, Modern Flower, Momenta, Roll One and Sweet Talk, alongside partner brands like Alien Labs, Blue River, Connected Cannabis and Khalifa Kush.
Patients in Florida can also take advantage of home delivery, online ordering and in-store pickup options. The company continues to offer a 20% discount for veterans and a 60% discount for first-time customers at any Florida location.
With established operations across multiple regions, including key markets like Arizona, Ohio and Pennsylvania, Trulieve continues to expand its national footprint while maintaining a dominant position in Florida’s medical marijuana market.
