Florida’s medical marijuana market has now crossed 10.3 billion milligrams of THC and 3.5 ounces of smokable marijuana sold so far in 2026, according to the newest weekly update from the state’s Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).

The June 19 report shows that medical marijuana treatment centers dispensed 429,878,669 milligrams of THC and 149,108.430 ounces of smokable marijuana during the week of June 12 through June 18. That brings Florida’s year-to-date total to 10,376,397,800 milligrams of THC and 3,529,404.929 ounces of marijuana in a form for smoking.

The latest report also shows continued growth in the state’s patient registry. Florida now has 932,670 qualified patients with active ID cards, up from 931,252 in the prior weekly report.

The number of approved dispensing locations remained unchanged at 767, with OMMU reporting that no new dispensing locations were approved during the week of June 12 through June 18.

Trulieve once again led the state by volume, dispensing 109,932,287 milligrams of THC and 49,570.133 ounces of smokable marijuana from 169 locations.

Curaleaf Florida reported 51,476,900 milligrams of THC and 15,976.589 ounces, while MÜV dispensed 49,556,711 milligrams of THC and 18,050.011 ounces. Ayr Cannabis Dispensary followed with 38,927,847 milligrams of THC and 9,192.511 ounces.

Other operators with notable weekly totals included GTI Florida, with 19,457,989 milligrams of THC and 4,423.409 ounces; Surterra Wellness, with 16,493,282 milligrams of THC and 5,299.625 ounces; and FLUENT, with 15,123,637 milligrams of THC and 3,816.586 ounces.

Florida voters legalized medical marijuana in 2016 through Amendment 2. The state’s program remains medical-only and vertically integrated, meaning licensed medical marijuana treatment centers are authorized to cultivate, process and dispense cannabis. Patients are generally allowed to receive up to 2.5 ounces of smokable marijuana every 35 days unless granted an exemption by their physician, and Florida does not impose a statewide excise tax on medical marijuana.
