Arkansas medical marijuana sales reached $24.79 million in July, bringing the state’s 2026 total to approximately $165 million. July sales increased about 2.4% from the $24.2 million reported during the same month last year.
Cresco Labs reported $173.3 million in second-quarter revenue, an increase of 15% from the previous quarter and 6% from last year. The company posted $15.4 million in net income after recording losses in both the previous quarter and the second quarter of 2025.
Utah medical cannabis sales reached a record $17.4 million in July, bringing the state’s total for the first seven months of 2026 to approximately $117.8 million. The number of active medical cannabis patients increased by 705 to 116,177.
An amendment from U.S. Senator Ted Budd (R-N.C.) that would remove a proposed delay to the federal ban on most hemp-derived THC products has been ruled germane by the Senate parliamentarian, meaning it can pass with a simple majority. The amendment would keep the restrictions scheduled to take effect November 12 rather than delaying them until December 11, and could receive a vote as soon as Friday.
