The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in executing and maintaining 4Front’s marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing CRM platform (Alpine IQ), ensuring effective communication with our audience. The role also includes coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns, supporting promotional initiatives, and assisting in event planning to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Additionally, this position requires strong project management skills (Asana) to ensure timely execution of marketing activities. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Assist in email and SMS marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content coordination, and performance analysis. 
  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with cannabis industry regulations and brand guidelines. 
  • Utilize a project management system to track, prioritize, and manage marketing initiatives effectively. 
  • Support the marketing team in administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and campaign execution as needed. 
  • Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. 
  • Manage and optimize the marketing CRM platform for campaign execution, audience segmentation, and performance tracking. 
  • Assist Project Manager coordinating with designers, photographers, videographers, and operational stakeholders to ensure high-quality marketing assets are created and delivered on time. 
  • Support event planning and execution, including activations, budtender events, trade shows, pop-ups, and community outreach initiatives. 
  • Research and stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. 
  • COMPENSATION


  • $21-$25/hr (dependent on experience)
  • WORKING CONDITIONS


  • Heavy computer usage.
  • Sit for a long period of time.
  • Must have vision with or without lenses adequate to read reports and computer screen.
  • High manual dexterity.
  • QUALIFICATIONS


  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, marketing CRM management, or a related field. 
  • Strong experience using a marketing CRM platform for campaign execution, reporting, and audience segmentation. 
  • Strong copywriting skills for SMS and email marketing campaigns. 
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and adjust strategies for performance optimization. 
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Familiarity with cannabis industry regulations and compliance is preferred. 
  • Experience with event planning and execution is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in using a project management system (such as Asana, Monday.com, or Trello) to track marketing tasks and deliverables.
