As the Finance, Manufacturing, and Costing Lead – ERP you will be involved in …

  • Costing Development: Lead the development of accurate and comprehensive costing models to support manufacturing operations using Sage X3 ERP system.
  • System Implementation: Collaborate with IT and operational teams in implementing Sage X3, ensuring smooth integration with existing processes.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analyses to evaluate Gross Margin including manufacturing costs, efficiencies, and profitability .
  • Budget Management: Oversee budgeting processes related to manufacturing and costing, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial constraints.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed financial reports and present findings to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within manufacturing and costing practices, driving operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, production, and operational teams to ensure cohesive and aligned business strategies.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all costing and financial activities adhere to relevant compliance standards and industry best practices.

You would be the best fit for this role if you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA Designation
  • Proven experience in manufacturing finance and costing within an ERP environment.
  • 10 + year of hands-on experience with Manufacturing in ERP systems with Sage X3 experience preferred
  • Consumer Packaged Goods or Cannabis Experience preferred
