Your role is to be an expert in guiding patients through their cannabis journey, offering tailored solutions that meet their needs and enhance their well-being. Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Engagement: Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming approach, providing education on products, services, and processes.
• Product Expertise: Recommend cannabis products and devices that align with patients’ current and future needs, utilizing in-depth product knowledge.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as an enthusiastic representative of the Sanctuary brand, showing passion for both cannabis and customer service.
• Patient Support: Guide patients through the check-in process, provide relevant recommendations, and ensure a seamless transaction while adhering to state regulations and company policies.
• Continuous Learning: Commit to ongoing development of product knowledge, sales skills, and industry trends.
• Merchandising & Facility Care: Maintain professional presentation of the MMTC and ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with your team and supervisor to ensure exceptional service levels and the achievement of shared goals.
