- Frontend & Backend: TypeScript/Next.js, Ruby on Rails
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain core Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure, emphasizing reliability, scalability, and security.
- Support and improve CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve system resiliency, cost efficiency, and developer ergonomics.
- Build tooling and automation that eliminates toil for yourself and other engineers.
- Participate in code and design reviews with product teams to provide guidance and support.
- Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting services and infrastructure using tools like Datadog and Sumo Logic.
- Participate in the SRE on-call rotation.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in SRE or SE roles
- Solid knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes, other cloud providers a plus
- Working understanding of DNS, TLS, and HTTP(S) protocols
- Prior experience running applications in a Linux environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with at least one programming language, ideally TypeScript/JavaScript, Ruby, or Python
- Experience with Terraform or other IaC tooling

$128,000-$166,000 salary per year
