Position Overview:
As a Cook, you will play a vital role in our kitchen by producing high-quality infused edible
products. You’ll work with specialized equipment, maintain cleanliness, and ensure our
standards for quality and safety are met. If you have a knack for following recipes and an
eye for detail, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Production: Prepare and produce infused edible products according to
standardized recipes and procedures.
• Equipment Operation: Operate specialized kitchen equipment, including the Fire
Mixer and chocolate tempering machines.
• Post-Production Support: Assist with tasks such as demolding, sugar coating, and
packaging finished products.
• Quality Control: Inspect products during cooking and post-production to ensure
high-quality standards.
• Kitchen Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen,
following FIFO guidelines.
• Sanitation: Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of workstations and equipment.
• Compliance: Adhere to all food handling regulations to ensure a safe working
environment.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in food preparation and kitchen equipment operation is preferred but not
required.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
