As the Operations Finance Analyst, you will …
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze operational performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
  • Track KPIs and operational metrics to identify trends and variances.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Partner with operations teams to align financial plans with business goals.
  • Cost Management
  • Monitor and analyze cost structures, including labor, materials, and overhead.
  • Recommend cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
  • Data Management & Systems
  • Maintain and improve financial models and databases.
  • Support ERP and financial system enhancements and data integrity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
  • Translate operational data into financial impact assessments.

As an experienced professional, you will have…
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • +2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or in an operations or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Excel and data visualization skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
