Job Summary

- Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze operational performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
- Track KPIs and operational metrics to identify trends and variances.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Partner with operations teams to align financial plans with business goals.
- Cost Management
- Monitor and analyze cost structures, including labor, materials, and overhead.
- Recommend cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
- Data Management & Systems
- Maintain and improve financial models and databases.
- Support ERP and financial system enhancements and data integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
- Translate operational data into financial impact assessments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- +2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or in an operations or manufacturing environment.
- Strong Excel and data visualization skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- You have good communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations on complex topics to increase buy-in
- You have creative problem-solving skills with the aptitude to make decisions quickly in fast-paced environments
- You have robust analytical skills with the ability to transform complex sets of data into practical solutions that drive business value
- A positive team player who can build cross-functional relationships to satisfy agendas and objectives
