About Catalyst

Catalyst helps growth-stage B2B founders turn their expertise into pipeline. In the last two years we’ve partnered with 150+ founders across SaaS, fintech, web3, HR tech, and more—building content engines that generate demand and shorten sales cycles.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Director of Operations to design and scale the processes that take a client brief to measurable business impact. You’ll own workflows, capacity planning, and margin health so we can double revenue without doubling headcount.

What You’ll Do

  • Systematize delivery → map the end-to-end content workflow and cut cycle time by 25 %.
  • Automate & integrate → deploy low/no-code automations in Notion, Airtable, n8n/Make, and HubSpot to eliminate manual hand-offs.
  • Run the numbers → build client-level P&Ls, gross-margin dashboards, and a 12-week resourcing model; present a monthly KPI deck to leadership.
  • Lead the team → hire, onboard, and coach 4-6 project managers / content leads; keep average utilization < 80 % and NPS ≥ 60.
  • Guard quality → launch a standardized QA checklist and async review loop to keep client revision requests < 3 %.
  • Drive continuous improvement → spot bottlenecks, run experiments, and document SOPs so best practices stick.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

  • 5+ years ops leadership in a high-growth agency, SaaS, or media org.
  • A proven record of scaling revenue 2× without equal headcount growth while owning budgets/P&Ls.
  • Fluency with low/no-code automation (Zapier, n8n, Make) and database tools (Airtable, Notion).
  • Strong people-management chops—hiring, coaching, performance management.
  • Ability to balance excellence with speed, thrive amid ambiguity, and communicate with clarity and low ego.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in content marketing or B2B SaaS.
  • Experience migrating project-management stacks (ClickUp/Asana) or rolling out AI-assisted writing tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma or similar process-improvement certification.
