Traveling Production Team Member - We offer career development, in a growing industry, working in a fun, fast paced environment

Shift: Monday -Friday 7AM-3:30PM EST, varies with travel. Travel is up to 2-3 weeks per month

Summary:

The Travel Production Team Member will be responsible for producing cannabis edibles in the New Bedford kitchen as well as various markets where MariMed produces edibles. The candidate will be trained in all areas of kitchen production and must follow SOP’s and work instruction while producing, all while remaining in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. In addition, the travel team member will be expected to travel frequently and sometimes without prior notice.

Job Description:

• Manufacturing kitchen environment.
• Must be able to use basic and complex kitchen equipment including batch rollers, cut and wrap machines, piston fillers, stick-pack machines, ribbon blenders, etc.
• Must be able to stand and be mobile for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to perform the following tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carry boxes.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relative experience

Working Conditions:

• While performing the duties of this job, you will be regularly required to perform grasping, lifting, walking, standing, talking, hearing, seeing, stooping, and repetitive motions.

Physical Requirements:

• This position is full-time. The individual will work a minimum of 40 hours. You must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs. Other Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be willing to travel
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and qualify to work in the Cannabis industry
• Ability to learn quickly and interest in learning new technologies
• Must be punctual, dependable and have reliable transportation
• Able to follow directions and ask questions as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
