We are looking for a Janitorial Technician to join our team. Our ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break areas, and common spaces
• Refill cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of offices, hallways, and production areas
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the Facilities Manager
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance procedures

Qualifications:

• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Knowledge of GPP/GMP (Good Production Practices/Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Flexible schedule and availability for on-call needs (Monday–Sunday)
• Willingness to travel to other Sanctuary Medicinals locations within Florida if needed
• Must be able to pass a Level 2 background check (FBI)
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs
