Job Summary
The HRIS Analyst supports Verano’s People Technology organization by implementing, maintaining, and optimizing SuccessFactors HCM modules (Employee Central, Recruitment Management/Marketing, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Learning Management, Time Management, Employee Central Payroll, Report Center) and other HR technologies. This role collaborates with senior analysts, People Business Partners, Capability Owners, and IT to ensure accurate configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting, testing, and ongoing support across multiple HR systems. The HRIS Analyst helps ensure People systems operate efficiently and align with business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support HR System projects, including acquisitions, enhancements, and new functionality rollout. This includes defining requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Responsible for configuration of foundational data and mass imports within SuccessFactors.
- Responsible for development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HRT.
- Identify system challenges and recommend enhancements that support business goals.
- Support testing cycles: create test scripts, execute test cases, log issues, and document results.
- Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Help administer HRIS security roles, permissions, and user access requests.
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues and collaborating with People Team and IT for resolution.
- Support system updates and releases, including review of new functionality, testing, and roll out as needed.
- Run and create HRIS reports for ad hoc and repeatable requests from our People Team, Managers, and other corporate groups.
- Answer/responses to escalated questions, requests, education, and errors in a timely manner, case management (Zen Desk).
- Troubleshoot HRIS Issues, determine root cause and resolution.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2-4 years of HR, HRIS, or analytical experience preferred.
- Exposure to HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, ADP, UKG, etc.) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to learn quickly.
- Demonstrated interest in process improvement and HR technology.
- Project management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
What We offer
Verano Base Pay Range: $67,500 - 77,500
Actual pay is based on experience, qualifications, and location of the role. Roles may be eligible for annual bonus program based on individual and company.
