The Packaging Lab Lead role at Sanctuary Medicinals is ideal for an individual with a passion for cannabis, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to product integrity and team coordination. This position not only supports the accurate packaging of cannabis products into finished containers but also leads the packaging team under the guidance of management to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily packaging operations to meet productivity, quality, and compliance benchmarks
  • Ensure all product information is correct, consistent, and compliant with regulatory standards
  • Maintain visual presentation standards aligned with company expectations
  • Provide clear instructions from management to team members and ensure task follow-through
  • Coordinate and conduct monthly inventory counts
  • Submit on-hand quantities of non-THC materials to assist management in order planning
  • Support and execute compliance testing protocols
  • Enforce and participate in strict cleaning and sanitization procedures to uphold lab hygiene and cross-contamination prevention
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • 21+ is required
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Regular and on-time attendance
  • Commitment to a minimum 40-hour work week with overtime as needed, possibly including weekends.
  • Able to lift 25-50lbs
  • Able to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time
