WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Builds high performing management teams within the region. Oversight of retails customer experience, employee experience, retail operations and community outreach.
- Leads team and ensures region meets or exceeds all key metrics and goals, including meeting revenue targets, payroll, and KPI's to improve performance and increase market share.
- Partners with corporate aligned disciplines to ensure business needs are met to support company initiatives, create alignment, and interdepartmental collaboration. Responsible for leading multi-unit managers.
- Set annual SMART goals in partnership with Market leaders and cascade them through assigned region, holding community managers accountable to their set goals.
- Provides guidance and direction to field leadership team to meet/exceed company established Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and financial goals to generate measurable results against company and brand specific initiatives.
- Deliver financial excellence by executing against the annual financial plans for the region; achieve financial targets through monitoring and improvement of measurable statistics that drive the business.
- Oversight of management teams throughout the region and partners with corporate aligned teams effectively lead and manage the business.
- Ensures accountability of the established operating procedures in accordance to (SOP's) and company policies through community visits.
- Partners with compliance and operations to review regulatory requirements; delegates as appropriate.
- Collaborates with Human Resources to create an engaged workforce; including developing recruiting strategies, compensation, policy interpretation, talent management, employee relations, compliance etc.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
Required
- Age 21 or over
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in supervisory or managerial role
- Budget and P&L experienced
- Excellent collaboration, communication, analytical, business acumen, leadership, and strategic capabilities
- Advance Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Operates with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an ability to influence others
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Must have open flexibility to work during peak traffic times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Travel 50% to 75% of the time
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Cannabis experience & understanding of FL market landscape
- Prior multi-unit leadership; preferably managing multiple exempt stakeholders
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Consistently operates a computer and other office devices
- Travel for prolong periods of time
- Able to remain stationary or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted
