Supervisor, Retail Inventory
Reports to: General Manager
The Supervisor, Retail Inventory (“Supervisor”) will be responsible for managing all inventory related tasks and operations and will play a key leadership role within the dispensary. The Supervisor will be responsible for receiving, organizing, auditing, and reporting on all cannabis and non-cannabis products in compliance with company policies and state and local regulations. The Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining product integrity, preventing loss, and ensuring a smooth retail experience.

Full Time (weekends required)
Pay: $23+/hour.
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Manage the full inventory lifecycle with precision and compliance
- Oversee product intake, including reviewing against invoices and ensuring accuracy; ensure proper storage, labeling, and tracking of inventory items
- Coordinate all product deliveries with Wholesale Buyer and third-party vendors
- Ensure all inventory movement is properly documented and reported in applicable Company systems
- Conduct regular audits (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and report findings to appropriate stakeholders (Store leadership, Finance, regulatory bodies, etc.)
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end inventory processes
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with Store leadership
- Train and support employees on inventory procedures
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- 2+ years of inventory experience, ideally in a retail/cannabis setting
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of state and local cannabis regulations
- Proficiency in inventory management software, seed-to-sale systems, and POS (METRC, Sweed, etc.)
- Highly collaborative with strong communication skills and the ability to train and mentor others
- Customer focused with the ability to effectively resolve issues in a timely manner

Additional Abilities Required:
This role is performed in a traditional retail setting which requires the ability to have a high stress tolerance and be flexible and adaptable. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time, use hands to perform manual tasks, use computer equipment such as POS and email, and lift or move up to 50 pounds (or more with assistance). Must be able to speak and communicate verbally with co-workers, customers, vendors, etc. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
