We are seeking a Distribution Manager to work in a fast-paced environment and enhance product workflow. The successful candidate will support and execute logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory.

WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Manage day-to-day operations of order fulfillment and distribution.
  • Lead, mentor, coach, discipline and supervise a team of vault and distribution staff to ensure safety, professional development, retention, employee morale and efficient operations.
  • Responsible for maintaining all fleet management records and ensuring all routine maintenance and services are completed in accordance with company policy and state regulations.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all deliveries meet compliance requirements set forth by the state and that each employee is adhering to those requirements.
  • Responsible for payroll and scheduling of all personnel and balancing hours appropriately.
  • Responsible for the safety of all personnel through routine safety meetings, training, vehicle preparation and ensuring that all safety features and tools are working properly.
  • Knowledge and understanding of software and other platforms directly related to order fulfillment and distribution.  Ability to complete tasks within this software and platform.
  • Maintain and build relationships with wholesale partners as well as our own retail locations. 
  • Assigns daily order fulfillment tasks to the vault staff to ensure timely completion of all orders for distribution.
  • Responsible for vault organization, storage, Inventory and security of all finished goods.
  • Responsible for the scheduling, coordinating, and routing of all orders in the system.
  • Ensure route optimization takes place to determine the most cost-efficient routes.
  • Responsible for the overall performance and operational costs of the department. 
  • Maintain detailed records of daily operations to assist in developing business strategies and process improvements.
  • Manage consumable inventory levels and alert leadership when items need to be reordered
  • Ensure physical inventory of consumables matches Inventory tracking system
  • Complete documentation related to receiving packaging materials
  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • High School diploma or equivalent. Associates degree or higher preferred.
  • Metrc experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, procurement, or inventory  
  • 1-3 years of experience managing in a warehouse setting
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g., Inventory management, warehouse management, procurement, supply forecasting) 
  • Collaborate with order management, logistics operations, and product planning operations.  
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Great interpersonal skills 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills 
  • Computer skills a plus 
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS


  • Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts. 
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.  
  • Frequently sitting, standing, walking, twisting, bending, kneeling, stooping and squatting.
