Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Procurement Analytics to optimize our supply chain operations across our multi-brewery platform. This role will drive cost savings, ensure supply continuity, and support our brewing operations through strategic sourcing, cost discipline, and data-driven procurement decisions. The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with deep understanding of brewery operations and craft beverage market dynamics.
Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 annually depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Analysis & Management
  • Analyze spend data across all brewery locations to identify cost-saving opportunities for raw materials, packaging, and supplies
  • Monitor inventory levels across multiple sites to prevent shortages while optimizing working capital
  • Evaluate supplier performance using comprehensive metrics for quality, pricing, delivery times, and regulatory compliance
  • Audit costing information to ensure optimum prices are being utilized
Data & Reporting Functions
  • Create comprehensive procurement reports and executive dashboards for senior management review
  • Track invoices, costs, and procurement metrics through detailed recordkeeping and analysis
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support strategic sourcing decisions and capital expenditure planning
  • Tracking and auditing of PO’s
  • Analyze large datasets using ERP systems to drive procurement optimization across our brewery network
Qualifications:
Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Advanced degrees (MBA) or specialized supply chain certifications strongly preferred
Required Experience
  • 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in beverage, CPG, food manufacturing, or related industries
  • Experience with brewery operations and understanding of production processes highly preferred
  • Knowledge of craft beverage market dynamics, ingredient sourcing, and supplier landscape
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems for procurement management and reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling for procurement analysis
  • Experience with procurement software platforms and spend analytics tools
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems, forecasting methodologies, and MRP planning

  • Strong analytical reasoning to evaluate complex supplier data, market conditions, and cost structures
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with production, quality assurance, and finance teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail for contract management, compliance tracking, and regulatory adherence
  • Project management capabilities to handle multiple procurement initiatives simultaneously
