Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and highly professional Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role demands exceptional organizational acumen, discretion, and the ability to operate with confidence and clarity in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting C-level executives and be adept at managing complex schedules, communications, and strategic initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison for the CEO of a global billion-dollar company, managing high-volume communications and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Draft, proofread, and refine executive-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and strategic documents.
  • Coordinate and manage a dynamic calendar, including high-level meetings, board sessions, investor calls, and both domestic and international travel.
  • Prepare briefing materials and agendas for meetings, ensuring the CEO is fully informed and equipped.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Lead and manage special projects on behalf of the CEO, including cross-functional initiatives and executive communications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, board members, external partners, and VIP contacts.
  • Monitor and manage document workflows, filing systems, and knowledge repositories.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, travel logistics, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Support the CEO in strategic planning, research, and decision-making processes.
Qualification Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a global or publicly traded organization.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Demonstrated discretion, judgment, and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
  • Experience coordinating with legal, investor relations, and communications teams is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
