Position Overview:
  • Located in strategic must win markets
  • Live in key distributor home market
  • Responsible for a channel or two
    • 1, 2 or 3 distributors
  • Channel
    • On Premise
    • Chain – Off Premise
    • Independent Retail – Off Premise
  • Report to ASM
Salary: USD $70-80K annual, dependent on experience. Eligible to receive vehicle reimbursement.
Location: The ideal candidate must be based in or around Spokane, WA, but the role will have oversight of the entire Eastern Washington Channel.
Key Responsibilities:
  • A deep and thorough understanding of the channel
  • Build programs, incentives and targets
  • Weekly and monthly tracking of execution of metrics
  • In-Trade monthly to ensure program execution
  • Build relationships with Channel team
  • Must have in-depth distributor understanding, channel insights, pricing and how to inspire distributors
  • Attend distributor meetings
  • Manage budgets
  • Analyze data to create a plan
    • VIP Experience
    • Syndicated Data
  • Work with Key Managers In-Trade
  • Attend Business Reviews with top wholesalers
Qualifications:
  • Education, college degree preferred
  • Experience in beverage alcohol industry, preferably within the beer sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent working knowledge of VIP
